Your New role
Based on our dynamic growth we are looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter with English who will provide off-site sourcing activities for our MSP/RPO clients in the Netherlands.
Your focus will be to develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies.
You will have the chance of being an ambassador for Hays’ brand and first point of contact for all candidates. You will be able to look for and have contact with candidates on a daily basis, using a variety of channels. You will have a chance of collaborating with colleagues based on-site and together decide on appropriate attraction strategies customised for the client. You will have the opportunity to test your organization skills by working on a variety of roles, with multiple stakeholders to achieve agreed assignments. You will be able to create and post captivating job advertisement to external job boards.

What do you need to succeed?
You are fluent in English and have experience in recruitment/sourcing area. You have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You are be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast pace environment. You are a motivated team player with a good positive attitude. You are accurate with data entry and you have proven IT Skills (MS Office, Outlook). You have experience with obtaining information in a confident professional manner. You have an experience of building and maintaining relationships
