Client Advisor with Romanian

For one of our clients we are looking for Client Advisor with Romanian who will be responsible for supporting internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Investigating disputes and recommending resolution
• Posting relevant records in the system
• Ensuring that complaints/requests sent via systems are cleared in a timely manner and that no unmatched item remains open
• Handling day-to-day activities and cooperating closely, when necessary, with other teams
• Maintaining a proactive working attitude towards the clients

Requirements:

• Professional experience in customer service
• Very good knowledge of Romanian (min. B2/C1)
• Communicative knowledge of English (min. B1/B2)
• Experience in financial processes would be an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
