Front-End Developer
We’re looking for someone to help us build new corporate web apps and user experiences that support our employees in designing better products . As a Front-End Developer with UX design skills, you'll use your strong technical design expertise to build UIs that delight our employees and streamline their workflow.
You’ll collaborate with small, agile, multidisciplinary teams to create compelling, intuitive, and innovative user-centered experiences across our web apps.
What will your responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional global stakeholders to understand requirements and co-create thoughtful designs
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, user flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups and/or high fidelity prototypes
- Advocate for user-centered interface design
- Develop Thingworx Navigate Custom Applications leveraging OOTB components
- Develop responsive UIs and Widgets leveraging JavaScript-based libraries and frameworks like: React, AngularJS, ChartJS and D3.js
- Define the appropriate “Thing Model” for new applications
- Foster the future: Be on top of relevant technology advancements, prototype and leverage the ones that make sense into your regular workflow
- Work with Agile Scrum methodology
- Create technical documentation and deployment instructions
- Provide technical mentoring and coaching to the team

Our requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with most of these: HTML/HTML5, XML, DHTML CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, React, Redux, AngularJS, D3.js, ChartJS, JQuery, JSON, Node.js, Ajax, JQUERY Bootstrap.
- 4+ years of experience creating mockups / rapid prototypes, user flows, wireframes and building user interfaces
- 3+ years of experience with digital design tools (e.g: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Abstract, Zeplin)
- 2+ years developing Thingworx Custom UIs
- Experience with the user-centered interface design process
- A portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
