Senior Specialist - Learning & Development

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, creation and implementation of development programs and evaluation targeted at profiled employee groups (managers, experts)
  • Creation and implementation of a talent/upskilling/reskilling programs in the company
  • Development and implementation of a succession program for leaders. Create, monitor and deliver bespoke Succession plans.
  • Cooperation with internal clients in the field of processing: AC/DC, 360-degree evaluation of individual and team, workshops and forums
  • Plan and design creative and engaging learning interventions and build the great customer experience
  • Coordinate the process of training assignments for a particular division
  • Assess and evaluate the success of development/learning events
  • Build strong working relationships with operational stakeholders and external vendors
  • Be a SPOC for international L&D community and implement global solutions with adjustment to local strategy

IF YOU:

  • Have a 3-5 years’ of experience of L&D in an international company
  • Have very good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Are a team player with a strong customer focus and attention to the customer experience
  • Have an excellent communication skills
  • Have strong time management and organizational skills
  • Are able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Are flexible and pro-active, have analytical and logical approach, with the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Are able to think laterally and understand the impact of actions on other processes
  • Are able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines in a fast paced, and diverse environment
  • Can build a strong working relationship with leaders & employees, developing trust and influence at all levels
  • Have achievements of the organization’s development objectives, dealing with issues in the areas of employee training and development
  • Have previous experience in designing Leadership& Talent Programs desired but not essential
  • Have the ability to be creative, flexible, and innovative in solution design
  • Have ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, adhere to budgets and meet deadlines
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have PC skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Canva)
