Sales Manager PV
Main Duties:
- Work closely with the European division head to set up new sales channels and target new customers.
- Drive marketing initiatives specific to the sales region.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new customers to our online store, and eventually our end-to-end installer platform.
- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects within assigned sales regions.
- Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth through engagement with current and potential customers within assigned sales region.
- Perform B2B sales activities.
- Schedule regular, in-person customer meetings
- Establish and maintain productive, long term professional relationships with decision makers at customer organizations and create action plans for follow-up;
- Close and grow sales through professional communication and interaction with current and potential customers and provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Collect and maintain information on the accounts, organization, budget, and preferences of current and potential customers;
- Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meets company standards.
- Support customers with technical advice.
- Communicate sales or service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions.
The ideal candidate has:
- 2-3 years`experience in the Energy industry (Electrical background, PV)
- Fluent in both Polish and English
- Strong general PC skills, including Office, CRM and ERP
- High result and sales-driven character
- Open-minded to learn, adopt and grow
- Team-oriented as well as self-organized
- High willingness to travel
