Primary Process Engineer

For our Radomsko location we are looking for a Process Engineer to join the Dryers Team. 

Job overview:

• Define the standard work procedure in steel processing;
• Calculate and monitor the work efficiency and analyze the deviations;
• Propose machines modifications from design review and FMEA;  
• Execute the problem solving strategies and ensure the continuous improvement process;
• Prepare reports, budget and required documentation for acquisition, utilization, and maintenance of new/already installed equipment;
• Analyze the Overall Equipment Efficiency;
• Define and evaluate requirement for equipment/tools/mould/materials and method of manufacturing and assembly; 
• Define, monitor and analyze technical capacity and recommended modification in the current system, procedure, and operation techniques;
• Ensure the standardization of the work cycle according to H&S, work regulation and quality of the components;
• Contribute to business initiatives, projects review and communicate the impact on the production team.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Engineering/Mechanics/Production Engineering (Masters would be a great asset);
• Experience in steel processing (e.g. knowledge of metal stamping tools);
• Proven experience in continuous improvement projects (2/3 years);  
• Plastic processing methodology is a great asset;
• FMEA knowlegde is a plus;
• Knowledge of lean methodology, WCM knowledge will be a plus;
• Results-orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines;  
• Curiosity, proactivity and flexibility as main way of work and to develop short and mid term tasks;
