Team Manager
You are a good match, if you:

- Have at least 3 years of experience on IT production

You will be responsible for:
- Managing DC Team of 50+ employees
- People development (collection and consolidation of employee assessments, training and development)
- Creating individual career development plans in line with intive career path framework and following intive salary policy (in collaboration with HR and Discipline Experts)
- Capacity Management: Recruiting (incl. Interviewing), Staffing (indirectly through capacity team), Utilization
- Holding most of the Production FTEs, with DC Lead responsible for driving culture, performance/utilization, production workforce and efficiency
- Cooperation with QM and Compliance Department in terms of employees and human resources
- Creating an inspiring and positive culture
- Adapting global processes to local rules and regulations in conjunctions with HR
- Supporting Employer Branding and Events (in collaboration with HR, Marketing)
- Establishing productive partnership with peers within units
