Team Manager

You will be responsible for: 

• Managing DC Team of 50+ employees
• People development (collection and consolidation of employee assessments, training and development)
• Creating individual career development plans in line with intive career path framework and following intive salary policy (in collaboration with HR and Discipline Experts)
• Capacity Management: Recruiting (incl. Interviewing), Staffing (indirectly through capacity team), Utilization 
• Holding most of the Production FTEs, with DC Lead responsible for driving culture, performance/utilization, production workforce and efficiency
• Cooperation with QM and Compliance Department in terms of employees and human resources
• Creating an inspiring and positive culture
• Adapting global processes to local rules and regulations in conjunctions with HR
• Supporting Employer Branding and Events (in collaboration with HR, Marketing)
• Establishing productive partnership with peers within units
