The role of the Finance Business Partner is to pair pro-actively with the Business Units and Business Functions to deliver customer value and drive for results. This role is grounded on proximity, business and finance expertise, advance analytics and interpersonal maturity.

Description

• Validate the monthly closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Explain the business evolution with analysis of financial trends and performance
• Support the commercial departments in making decisions
• Deliver analysis to support sales management and marketing activities
• Provide accurate and timely finance information with the use of dashboards
• Coordinate the long-term forecasting and annual planning
• Act as the single point of contact for business counterparts with respect to finance topics
• Cooperate with the Pricing Manager to support negotiations
• Translate strategy into financial and non-financial goals and targets

Profile

• Master degree in finance, economics or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of experience in finance business partnering / commercial finance
• Very good command of English (min. B2+)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Practical knowledge of SAP and data visualization tools
• Previous experience in medical or pharmaceutical sector will be an advantage
• A passion to add value beyond the numbers
