Description

• Financial and business modeling to assess the profitability of investments
• Supporting buy or sale process to ensure timely and efficient execution of transactions
• Analysis of investment proposals, documentation and preparation of the underwriting model
• Preparation of investment memorandum
• Processing data for the analysis of the real estate market

Profile

• Master in Finance & Accounting
• Min. 3-4 years of experience in investment appraisal, capital markets or M&A
• Financial modeling and valuation experience
• Knowledge of commercial real estate market
• Good command of English (min. B2+)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• High analytical skills and attention to details
• Pro-active attitude
