Controller

We are looking for a Controller (General Ledger) to work in recently established financial structures of the global manufacturing company that is currently migrating its processes to Poland.

The Controller will be responsible for Polish entities and reporting to Finance Manager from abroad and working locally with Plant Controller and GL/AP Accountants.

Please note - we are looking for Polish & English speaker.

Job description:

• Back up for plant controller
• Assist in or solely lead of optimizing financial processes
• Business partner SCM for VAT documentation
• Reconciling balance sheet positions (in Blackline)
• Reporting monthly finance data (in Tagetik)
• Process tax declarations (VAT, Intrastat, CIT)
• Local leader annual financial accounts
• Contribute in documentation on EU year end audit program
• First point of contact AP related issues
• Processing month end close activities (LN Infor)
• Booking of bank statements
• Other accounting activities

Requirements:

• Education level: Bachelor/Master in finance
• Experience: Minimum 2 year relevant work experience in SSC
• Good communicating skills English (Native Polish, Dutch/German is a plus)
• Be accurate, in time and provide correct data
• Result oriented
• Team player
