Engineering Manager

For our Customer, the international manufacturing company, we are looking for Engineering Manager, reports to Head of Engineering.

The Engineering Manager is responsible for assuring readiness of plant for realization of projects with industrial processes on line with customer expectations and program target.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize efficiencies of plant operations and implement process improvement projects
• Perform quantitative analysis on new projects/strategies and determine project/strategies viability based on corporate values and standards
• Ensure that the facility is maintained to provide a safe workplace that is compliant withal regulatory standards
• Participate everyday in the operation activities
• Reviews purchases of manufacturing equipment to ensure accuracy and validity
• Participate in refining technical KPIs, work instructions, plant layout
• Implementation and continuous refinement of EHS practices and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and compliance with environmental/safety standards
• Lead the installation process of new machines and equipment
• Control the engineering annual budget and lead the budgeting process
• Participate in plant CAPEX and plant management review
• Support continuous improvement and lead improvement activities in different areas
• Build employee engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Engineering or Technical area of focus desired
• 5 years’ relevant experience required
• Fluent English
• Experience in predictive, corrective, preventive maintenance
• Experience in electronics industry desired
• Results-oriented
• Work experience in an international, multi-cultural environment
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Leadership and charisma
