Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us as a SFTR Regulatory Reporting Analyst in the Investment Bank Regulatory Services team: SFTR Regulatory Reporting Control & Management Information Team. As part of the team you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the status of Security Financing Transactions reported to European and UK Regulators. This is performed through the completion of control process such as: trade report monitoring, exception management & reconciliation process. The team is responsible to manage the investigation, analysis & resolution of issues highlighted to ensure adherence to the Regulatory reporting obligations for both Credit Suisse & it’s Clients. Regulatory reporting status is communicated to senior stakeholders & management through the use of KPIs and KRIs and metrics. The role also encourages an out-of-the-box attitude as the scope of the team responsibilities evolves & grows over time, to manage additional responsibilities.

The Regulatory Services teams role in the SFTR space is to ensure trades are reported in a timely, complete & accurate manner. The Regulatory Services team though has broader responsibility that spans across both Trade & Transaction reporting, including but not limited to: OTC Derivatives, MiFIID, and Financial Transaction Tax. As regulations evolve or expand it becomes the IB Regulatory Services responsibility to support Credit Suisse obligation to report. This role presents the opportunity to collaborate with a number of other Divisions & Teams within Poland, as well as with colleagues in London, Raleigh and New York.   • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Proven ability to identify issues, propose and implement solutions.
  • Excel proficiency; VBA would be an asset.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills set.

  • 1-2 years of experience in Banking/Financial environment would be an asset.
