Banking Clients Customer Specialist

Your scope of duties:

  • General guidance in relation to bank's products and services (e.g. credit cards service, cash handling and cash withdrawals service, correspondence with Polish clients);
  • Client on-boarding & sales support (e.g. collection of KYC/AML documentation, collecting data for sales meetings, preparations, etc.);
  • Implement changes to the Banks product & service offering that requires front line interaction with our clients;
  • Ensuring that customers receive service and advice that are compliant with current regulations, principles, and group standards;
  • General internal coordination (e.g. follow up and coordinate with internal stakeholders on daily client requests);
  • Credit support (i.e. data review, simple credit and pricing applications if required).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (min. 2 years) in banking customer service (KYC process, opening and closing accounts, complaints, contact with the customer - also difficult);
  • Knowledge of loan administration and bank guarantees (preparation of simple loan applications, preparation of loan documentation;
  • Fluent in English;
