Community Administrator

For our client, a well-known telecommunications company, we are looking for a person for the position:

Community Administrator

Location: Wrocław or 100% remote work!

 

Your duties will include:

  • Technical control of Salesforce system,
  • Introducing code changes and improvements to the website,
  • Making changes to the interface,
  • Leading daily activity of customer service responses to online user questions,
  • Monitor all user-generated content for inadequate or problematic comments,
  • Create program summaries and reports of online Community activity trends for management,
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Service team to ensure brand consistency and support customers,
  • Close cooperation with the Marketing Department and participation in introducing new content on the website.

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of Salesforce - in terms of the user and the technical side,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Experience with either online community forums or similar Online customer-support or marketing programs,
  • Being interested in marketing,
  • Willingness to introduce improvements and shares his/her ideas.
