Community Administrator
For our client, a well-known telecommunications company, we are looking for a person for the position:
Community Administrator
Location: Wrocław or 100% remote work!
Your duties will include:
- Technical control of Salesforce system,
- Introducing code changes and improvements to the website,
- Making changes to the interface,
- Leading daily activity of customer service responses to online user questions,
- Monitor all user-generated content for inadequate or problematic comments,
- Create program summaries and reports of online Community activity trends for management,
- Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Service team to ensure brand consistency and support customers,
- Close cooperation with the Marketing Department and participation in introducing new content on the website.

Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of Salesforce - in terms of the user and the technical side,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Experience with either online community forums or similar Online customer-support or marketing programs,
- Being interested in marketing,
- Willingness to introduce improvements and shares his/her ideas.
