Junior EMEA Payroll Specialist
Solenis is currently looking for a junior Junior EMEA HR Payroll Specialist to join our existing team. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity in Solenis office located on Giełdowa 1 in Warsaw. No experience is required for the role, we will give You the chance to learn doing the job to grow within a young international team.

Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for assigned countries and ensure that payroll is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with all statutory regulations,
- Process employee data changes as needed and finalize employee time & attendance data prior to payroll processing,
- Effectively communicate with all the organization levels as a partner and point of support, developing and building partnerships across key areas as HR BP, HR ops team, accounting and finance, vendors,
- Proactively manage own workload to meet the required deadlines in cooperation with the rest of the team, and payroll manager,
- Cooperation with HR BP, finance and external vendors,
- Takes part in audit and other common related activities once required,
- Manage registration for new employees (insurance, new hire reporting to governmental agencies).

- Keen interest in pursuing career in HR Operations area and eagerness to learn,
- Very good Excel and analytical skills, good with numbers,
- B2 level in English (both written and spoken),
- Responsibility, strong organizational skills,
- Open minded with good level of motivation and initiative, self-discipline, task prioritization,
- Very good communication skills.
- Additional languages: preferably German and French, but also Italian/Dutch /Swedish/Spanish,
- Experience in Kronos or any other time and attendance system.
