Junior Shipping Delivery Representative

For our EMEA team we are currently looking for a Junior Shipping Delivery  Representative to join our existing team in Warsaw. Your primary goal will be ensuring a proper delivery and communication between Solenis and external warehouses located throughout the EMEA region.

This is an office-based opportunity  in Solenis SSC in Warsaw, and our new employee will begin their work in our brand new office near Rondo Daszynskiego M2 station, with possibility to work from home during pandemic after 2 weeks of onboarding.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Organize shipments according to internal rules and guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Plan and create deliveries
  • Timely processing of incoming signals for deliveries creation
  • Create all required documents necessary for transport and customs clearance
  • Instruct and liaise with customer service and forwarders to prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of goods
  • Daily contact with logistic partner and warehouses
  • Monitor deliveries in order to ensure timely delivery to final destination
  • Communicate with Customer Service /Plants/Warehouses/Replenishment if requested delivery date cannot be meet
  • SAP data management
  • Create shipments / PGI in SAP in timely manner allowing invoicing to final customer
  • Handle complaints and return shipments

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree ( University degree in supply chain, logistics or similar idea will be considered a plus)
  • Min 1 year of experience in customer service, supply chain, logistic , customer service or back office
  • Experience in using ERP Systems /SAP
  • Working knowledge of office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Team player, multitasking ability, detail oriented with attitude “can do”, quick learner
