Sportradar is currently entering an era of exciting business growth and, as such, we are looking to hire a driven, hands on, Technical Talent Acquisition who will execute our hiring strategy and expansion plans across our EMEA Tech hubs. Our Talent Acquisition team is a fun, global and diverse multilingual group of recruiters who are passionate about attracting and hiring the right people for a fast-growing global business.

You can be based either in Munich, Vienna, London, Warsaw or Ljubljana - we are flexible with location!

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Partner with our global Tech Leadership team to deliver against and manage our existing hiring strategy/plan
  • The role will include hands on hiring (across Software, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Security Engineering, AI and Machine Learning)
  • Localized process implementation and team training
  • Building a data driven approach to recruiting and aligning this globally
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Track record of hiring at all levels across Software Engineering
  • Fluency in both English is a must - additional languages such as German would be a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and most importantly positive attitude and high energy!
  • Culturally sensitive and aware-we're proudly multinational and our strength comes from the ability to leverage this diversity
  • Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships.
