A global leader of intelligent solutions for the treatment of mission-critical infrastructure areas and demanding terrain, is opening a new Shared Service Center in Katowice to provide highest quality services to the group's business units and plants across Europe.

Description

• Deputy Director Group Accounting
• Ensuring group-wide accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER
• Taking part in implementation of financial processes and systems
• Post-merger integrations
• Responsibility for group-wide ICS including implementation for new acquisitions
• Support of the local country organizations
• Tax planning and compliance (transfer pricing, VAT, corporate tax)

Profile

• At least 4 years of experience in finance (accounting, controlling, auditing, project management)
• Experience in working as an auditor would be an asset
• Advanced level in German and English
• Business studies with a focus on accounting or controlling
• Ability to prepare complex issues in a way that is understandable and appropriate for the target group
• Conceptual problem solving taking into account the relevant details
• Experience in implementation and change management
• Leading a team of finance specialists
• Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to improve individual and team performance
• Open to travelling
• Experience in working in shared service environment will be an asset
