Recruitment Administrator

have minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment company

have first experience strong MS office skills.

You will be responsible for:
-
Supporting recruitment teams from administrative perspective; it would include uploading jobs on the system, capturing. candidates’ applications, placing vacancies on job boards etc.;

Coordinating inflow from recruitment agencies (scheduling interviews);

Coordinating inbound candidates from external sources ;
-
Managing various administration activities that would be specific to recruitment team ;

Preparing and analyzing reports and collecting all data from processes ;
-
Prepare documentation resulting from the establishment of the employment relationship in the terms of employment contracts and B2B.
