Recruitment Administrator

You are a good match if you:

  • have minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment company
  • have strong attention to details, being able to organize your work and set priorities
  • have first experience strong MS office skills.
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • have experience in administrative role.
  • have advanced English skills. 

You get extra points for:

  • experience in working with ATS system.
  • some knowledge of IT market.

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Supporting recruitment teams from administrative perspective; it would include uploading jobs on the system, capturing. candidates’ applications, placing vacancies on job boards etc.;
  • Coordinating inflow from recruitment agencies (scheduling interviews);
  • Coordinating inbound candidates from external sources ;
  • Managing various administration activities that would be specific to recruitment team ;
  • Preparing and analyzing reports and collecting all data from processes ;
  • Prepare documentation resulting from the establishment of the employment relationship in the terms of employment contracts and B2B.
