Team Leader in Contact Center with Slovak, Czech and English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a subordinate team of Consultants who support recruitment projects for external clients (incoming and outgoing calls)
  • Current organization of the team's work - planning, setting and controlling the implementation of indicators
  • Implementation of the adopted indicators and project targets (quality objectives, productivity, efficiency, cost control)
  • Set individual goals for team members and conduct periodic evaluations
  • Monitoring the quality of tasks performed by employees
  • Implementation of product and quality training in the area of team tasks
  • Constant contact and development of cooperation with the client
  • Ensuring the staffing necessary to implement the project assumptions
  • Implementation of solutions aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the projects
  • Creating reports

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • Min. 1 year of experience in working as a coordinator of a team, preferably in the Call Center / BPO industry
  • Knowledge of Czech and Slovak at the level of min. C1 and of English at min. B2
  • Experience in recruiting and building a team on your own
  • Knowledge of sales processes and sales techniques
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with the customer
  • High analytical and strategic thinking skills, including work on a large number of indicators
  • Very good organization of own work and the work of the subordinate team
  • Orientation to achieving the set goals
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Polish is also welcomed but not necessary
