Pfizer is recruiting a brilliant and motivated Digital Research and Analysis Associate for the Site of Warsaw in Poland.

 


Role Summary

  • The Associate, Competitive Intelligence, under the guidance of the CI Director and Sr. Manager CI Knowledge Management, will execute the research plan, researching the external competitive micro-and macro- business environment, to support the CI input into all internal discussions, business planning, and decision-making forums.
  • The Associate, Competitive Intelligence, will use an analytic approach and is a storyteller in communication style to crystalize multiple CI data sources into a coherent and convincing research output that can recruit and educate internal customers.
  • The Associate, Competitive Intelligence will execute the CI secondary research collection efforts, analyze multiple sources of information (databases, SEC filings, internet websites, social listening, and more), monitor competitors' BD deals, use an early warning system to identify macro-environment red flags, provide context for competitors' digital strategy and investment across key therapeutic areas of interest, identify new entrants or emerging technologies that may pose a competitive threat or opportunity to enable and derive actionable insight and will socialize it with the Competitive Intelligence team and any relevant internal stakeholders.
  • The Associate, Competitive Intelligence is an individual with intellectual independence and curiosity who can defend their professional point-of-view to help inform executive decision making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, health technology, telehealth, or life science required, with direct experience in competitive intelligence or related roles Healthcare/pharma preferred
  • Advanced life science degree preferred (Minimum MSc) with a preference for advanced degree holders who have a focus on decision analysis, statistics, business, medicine/science, or technology
  • Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
  • Service-oriented, highly collaborative, self-motivated, curious, and results-oriented
