The team is responsible for delivering a variety of programs and services to our customers ranging from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments.

Workday Integration Consultants or internally known as “Ask an Expert” (a part of Customer Enablement team) provide a service designed to assist customers with “how-to” questions after Go-Live, to provide feature demonstrations to existing customers and to guide customers in their own configurations.
In delivering this service, you’ll have a broad and deep understanding of all areas of Workday Integrations, including but not limited to:
- Account Provisioning
- Benefits, EIB – Inbound & Outbound
- Integration Framework, Integration Security, Tax Filing
- User Interface, Single Sign On (SSO)
- Cloud Connect, BIRT, Workday Studio
What you can achieve in your first 12 months - 24 months
- Conduct pre-appointment research to ensure understanding of our customer questions.
- Lead customer appointments providing guidance and demonstrations depending on their questions.
- Develop and deliver Customer Enablement programs as outlined above, including end-to-end feature deployments.
- Clearly and effectively communicate answers, solutions and value with our customers.
- Drive creation of new, value-add programs to drive customer feature adoption
- Keep up to date with industry practices in human resources and/or financial related domains and be able to engage with the client on those topics
Our Integration Consultants will have the opportunity to also participate in other Enablement Programs such as:
- Enablement Workshops (2-3 day multi-customer facilitation that includes feature familiarization, demonstrations and activities as well as coaching customers as they configure in their own environments).
- Jump starts (one-on-one customer design workshop).
- Review and Recommend (configuration and business requirements reviews with a detailed follow-up deliverable calling out opportunities for optimisation)

About You
Workday Consultants act as trusted advisors to our Customers, as a result we are Business Consultants who are experts in the functional aspects of the Workday platform. If you have existing or transferable experience in any of the following areas, then we’d love to hear from you:
Basic qualifications
- 3+ years of consulting experience in Technical Integrations or technical management consulting
- 5+ years of software consulting and deployment experience on large enterprise projects either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company
- Ability to travel up to 20% (under typical circumstances)
Other Qualifications
- Ability to gain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released in Integrations, BIRT, and Workday Studio
- Certified or ability to certify in Workday Integrations and to successfully deploy integration solutions
- Capable of influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior executives, internally and externally
- Ability to demonstrate Workday effectively (including value, benefits, etc.) as part of any Customer Enablement program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
