Your role:
We are currently looking for a new key member of the Automotive Industry in Sii, who will boost sales and industry expertise. Automotive, Rail & Aeronautics Division in Sii is supporting all our clients from these sectors both locally in Poland and abroad. Technology span varies from typical IT & Enterprise Applications to Design, Embedded Development, Engineering and Production Automation solutions.
Tasks awaiting you:
- Active acquisition of new customers, mainly on foreign markets
- Being responsible for organizing and conducting sales process, including meetings with customers, preparation of offers, presentations and coordination of contracts
- Assessing prospects, performing market analysis
- Acting following the mission, main goals, and key values of Sii
- Shaping and scaling the industry references into future opportunities

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- English proficiency is a must, German – nice to have
- Experience and knowledge of the automotive sector is highly desired
- A dynamic personality with a strong result-oriented approach, high level of commitment
- Openness for learning and gaining experience in processes, technologies and products specific to Industry
- Passion, “can-do attitude”, natural skills in establishing good and positive relations with others
- Experience in preparation of commercial offers and sales presentations
