Personal Account Trading Specialist

As a Compliance function, Personal Account Trading team aims at identifying and managing Credit Suisse risks deriving from the bank’s business model. Specifically, the team manages potential conflicts between employees’ personal interests and the interests of the firm and firm clients. You will gain exposure to a variety of compliance processes and controls and will have an outstanding opportunity to work with business partners at all levels of the firm. You will manage reviewing and processing documentation regarding accounts & activity statements as well as processing internal policy breaches. You will review and process personal account disclosures and address policy questions and information requests. You will also manage, review outside business activity requests.

We are seeking to complement the team with someone who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the dedication to perform in a versatile role. To thrive within this role it requires the following:

  • University Degree preferably in economics, finance or banking.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of proven experience in a financial industry.
  • Good understanding of the complexity of financial products and services.
  • Good knowledge of banking industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented approach with determination for professional development.
