Delivery Consultant (NON-IT recruitment)
Work place: Wroclaw
Working on this position you will be responsible for:

• managing key clients and projects from different sectors (shared service and corporate dapartment)
• searching and screening candidates, conducting interviews, doing background checks and finally matching candidates to clients,
• building relationships with new clients and candidates,
• providing advices for both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities,

Requirements
The candidate should meet the following criteria:

• at least 1 year of professional experience in recruitment,
• ability to work to strict deadlines with changing objectives,
• organizational skills with the ability to time manage and priorities,
• fluent Polish and English (another language will be an advantage).
