Internal Support Software Engineer

Technical requirements:
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Experience in performing problem determination & root cause analysis
  • Good communication skills; you should be able to analyze and discuss issues in the software when completing support tickets
  • Ability to carry out (basic) data modelling
  • Experience in developing concurrently with other team members on the same project
  • Experience in troubleshooting code, both your own and others
  • Good in web languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
  • Experience in working with XML, XSL, JSON
  • Proficiency with SQL Server (Queries)
  • Proficiency in test-driven development
  • Understanding of the principles of Web API technologies like Rest and SOAP
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
