Category Buyer - Kitchen Equipment

Job purpose:

As a Category Buyer, you will be responsible for supporting procurement processes of the kitchen equipment section. It’s a chance to improve skills in an international environment, cooperate with our markets, combine your technical knowledge and project leading experience.

Your challenges:

• Managing projects of supplying kitchen equipment - collect the needs, prepare offers, negotiations, supporting installation and technical acceptance of equipment in Balkans (Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Romania),
• Sourcing the best supplier with optimizing cost,
• Ensuring and coordinating deliveries details,
• Communicating with suppliers – establishing cooperation terms,
• Forecasting needs within the Kitchen Equipment and budget realization,
• Proceeding accordance with the company's procurement processes and systems,
• Sharing recommendations with the team and follow to the actual trends in the area of Kitchen Equipment,
• Increasing efficiency procurement processes through managing data flow, analysis of costs, review framework agreements,
• Cooperating with other departments within the company (Construction, Design, Facility).

Requirements:

• University degree - preferably Engineering, Economics, Procurement, Logistics,
• Very good level of English - both written and spoken,
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of technical standards for kitchen equipment would be an asset,
• AUTOCAD is a plus,
• Good analytical skills,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
