About the team

In order to provide real business benefits to our clients, Salesforce team helps them forecast and formulate Customer Relationship Management strategies and marketing activities, as well as implement jointly developed technological solutions in the form of applications in the Salesforce Cloud.

Recruitment Journey

We want our recruitment process to be fast and transparent. Only selected candidates will be contacted (these who pass formal check) by the recruitment team. 

  • You will receive an invitation to complete online tests (Numerical & Verbal reasoning and English) within one week after submitting application form. 
  • You will be asked to complete the tests within 72h, as well as additional online survey.
  • Only candidates with best results & meeting our formal requirements will be contacted by HR team.
  • Final step is an online interview with one of our Hiring Managers (around 30 minutes).
  • If everything goes well - you will be invited for the workshop!

What is Salesforce Marketing Cloud?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud enables businesses to create data driven, personalised, customer journeys across multiple channels. It leverages one platform so businesses can provide a consistent, cohesive, customer experience across email, social, website, advertising and even in-store.

Marketing Cloud Developers are responsible for integrations with external systems (SOAP/REST API). They are also responsible for implementation of custom solutions which enhance native capabilities of the platform. They’re also experienced in advanced segmentation (SQL), reporting and analytics, and data configuration. SFMC Developers will also troubleshoot, and support implemented Salesforce applications.  Last but not least, they create advanced, personalized, and dynamic messages and landing pages by leveraging Marketing Cloud’s scripting languages.

What is MarTechLab?

MarTech Lab is a practical workshop in which Deloitte specialists will show you how to work with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform in the field of programming, configuration and project management. 

After completing the training, all participants gain the knowledge necessary to start a career in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a certificate confirming participation.

Duration of the internship:

  • 20 working days (40 hours a week) – Warsaw
  • Dates of the program – 4.10-29.10.2021
  • Probably majority of the workshops will be held online. If possible, you may be asked to come to our Warsaw office for the first & last day of our programme. We will keep you updated

Your future role

Who we are looking for?

  • students of the third year of bachelor's / engineering and master’s studies and graduates of an IT studies,
  • people communicating freely in English (min B2),
  • people available at least 30 hours a week in case of the permanent work,
  • people who know the basics of Web Development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS),
  • people who know the basics of database languages (e.g. SQL)
