HR Data Analyst

Your role:

  • Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data within and/or across regions
  • Audit HR data and troubleshoot issues. Support the data governance processes
  • Optimize and implement (new) data processes and data systems
  • Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analysis and reporting relevant data to the business
  • Work with HR teams to develop project plans outlining work plans, timelines, roles and resources; Identifies and leads cross-functional project team comprised of project managers, functional experts and local managers; manage team progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables; provide updates to senior HR leadership and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings
  • Performing other tasks given by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in designing and leading various HR projects internationally (also from a scratch)
  • Strong facilitation and project management skills
  • Flexibility and ability to effectively manage changes
  • Experience in HR transformation
  • Workday system knowledge
