Your role:

Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data within and/or across regions

Audit HR data and troubleshoot issues. Support the data governance processes

Optimize and implement (new) data processes and data systems

Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analysis and reporting relevant data to the business

Work with HR teams to develop project plans outlining work plans, timelines, roles and resources; Identifies and leads cross-functional project team comprised of project managers, functional experts and local managers; manage team progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables; provide updates to senior HR leadership and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings

Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in designing and leading various HR projects internationally (also from a scratch)
- Strong facilitation and project management skills
- Flexibility and ability to effectively manage changes
- Experience in HR transformation
- Workday system knowledge
