Head Of Regional Talent Acquisition
On behalf of our client, international, well known hi-technology company, we are currently looking for a seasoned and self-driven Head of Regional Talent Acquisition. The role will be focused on creating and implementing best practices in end to end talent attraction and acquistion process. Individual hired on this position will have to combine strategical and operational aspect of the job to succeed within the organization.

Description
- Responsibility for end to end recruitment flow within the covered regions; design, implementation and execution of best practices in talent attraction and talent acquisition aspects as well as candidate experience throughout the process
- Translating sales pipeline to a resource plan and action it by deploying sourcing and attraction strategies for key talent populations
- Identifying and utilizing new recruitment channels (e.g., social media sites like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook Recruitment Apps, etc.)
- Working with Leadership to determine the needs that are filled through resourcing and external hiring, hence ensuring both internal bench and external candidate pipelines are built to meet current and future needs
- Driving clear positioning of the company's brand through impressive pitch by the recruitment team, social channels and Industry network (forums, conferences, seminars etc)
- Managing vendor partnerships to engage with external vendors to scale or cater to the spikes in demand
Profile
- University degree preferably in human resources area or related; additional certificates, trainings etc. will be a huge plus
- At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and attraction; preferably in IT or technological sector with experience in international environment
- International exposure and responsibility (regional role) will be a huge plus
- Perfect understanding of talent market, its trends, conditions, best practices and ability to convey this knowledge into business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, ability to establish perfect relationships at all levels of the organization, seniority in business partnering
- Ability to create short-, mid- and long-term strategic plans together with implementation schemes
- Perfect English is a must
