Business Analyst - Home Internet & TV Tribe

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designing and planning end-to-end customer journey for new and existing features and products,
Driving identification, collecting and prioritization of requirements across TV team and core stakeholders,
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner,
Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts,
Participating in SCRUM events and daily life of the unit (sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, working on improving toolset available)
Providing support to end-users (advice, guidance, assistance and training),
Coaching and mentoring of more junior colleagues

Have min. 2+ years of experience in Business Analyst or System Analyst role,
Have knowledge of ongoing market trends in customer journeys and user experience,
Have good customer handling experience, ability for user support & training,
Are an excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Have highly developed analytical thinking and attention to detail,
Have practical experience generating process documentation and reports
Have experience in designing E2E customer journeys,
Have ability to fluently speak and write in English,

Have skills to prepare mock-ups and support design of user interfaces,
