Quality Specialist - ISO 9001

The aim of the Quality Specialist position is to facilitate deployment of ISO9001 in the company as well as to enable compliance of the Polish Design Office system with the Group internal requirements in terms of Quality Management. The position is placed in the Data Management Team.

Tasks:

• Deploying and maintaining ISO9001 (or EN9100) certification
• Designing Quality Management System (procedures/documents) that will be compliant with internal corporate requirements
• Tracking regularly KPIs and exchange them with appointed focal points
• Participate and manage quality audits,
• Define clear routines regarding QMS for employees
• Periodic travel to France & Germany.

Expectations:

• Higher school education graduate, preferably from technical schools
• Experience in Quality: at least 1 year
• Very nice to have: experience in Aeronautic at least 2 years
• Good knowledge of ISO9001 and EN 9100
• Nice to have: Knowledge of EASA Part 21J
• Language proficiency: Polish (proficient) and English (upper-intermediate – B2), practical experience in elaborating procedures/documents in English
• Additional knowledge of French or German (intermediate – B1) would be an advantage
• Availability to work in Łódź.
