your tasks

  • Maintain a professional reception area.
  • Welcome visitors, clients and callers on a polite manner.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
  • Maintaining and requesting office supplies
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing mailings and general office filing system
  • Preparation of cubicle names / badges
  • Activating and De-Activating of access cards and monitoring key records for doors and cabinets
  • Contact with outside vendors
  • Office management in terms of working environment

what we expect

  • Minimum 1 to 3+ years professional experience   
  • Very good command of English
