your tasks
- Maintain a professional reception area.
- Welcome visitors, clients and callers on a polite manner.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
- Maintaining and requesting office supplies
- Handling of incoming and outgoing mailings and general office filing system
- Preparation of cubicle names / badges
- Activating and De-Activating of access cards and monitoring key records for doors and cabinets
- Contact with outside vendors
- Office management in terms of working environment

what we expect
- Minimum 1 to 3+ years professional experience
