Compensation & Benefits Specialist European Shared Service

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist European Shared Service you will be responsible for:

• ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
• effectively manage Benefits vendors
• administer benefits for the organization in remit
• prepare job evaluations and job classifications
• participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
• partner with Local HR and Shared Services colleagues to delight internal customer
• conduct periodic audits and prepare reports

We expect you to have:

• previous working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist in Shared Service environment
• working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
• familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
• extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
• strong quantitative and analytical skills
• English is a must + other European languages preferred
