The EMEA E-Commerce Planner will be responsible for managing the supply of EMEA e-commerce products necessary to support Align e-commerce market. This role will partner with different functions to launch consumer facing products that complement the Invisalign patient journey. This position will support the EMEA region out of the Wroclaw, Poland office.

 

In this role, you will… 

  • Develop/Implement EMEA E-Commerce Planning Process, by building on current capability
  • Lead the demand planning and S&OP processes, including generation of statistical forecast, engagement with commercial team to ensure market input is driving the forecast
  • Analyze ordering patterns, trends and impacts of Marketing/Sales plans on the regions to improve predictability of forecasts
  • Lead the supply planning activities & fulfilment planning cycles including:
  • Establish the material replenishment process to determine what to order, how much to order, and when to order, with the understanding of lead times, transportation and warehouse constraints
  • Convert monthly forecast into consumption plan for all e-commerce materials
  • Managing operational communication with 3rd party WHS
  • Engagement and active use of Amazon replenishment systems
  • Partner with Global/Regional Planning, Purchasing, Sourcing, Logistic and production in support of operational demand forecast and NPI processes
  • Participate in periodic regional e-commerce planning meetings
  • Support fulfillment and ancillaries planning activities if required
  • Maintain key system inputs to drive replenishment and inventory strategies
  • Establish KPI’s to drive improvement for e-commerce planning process

In this role, you’ll need … 

  • B2 – Upper-Intermediate English
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: Business Administration, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Operations Management, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • 2+ years of S&OP demand, supply and/or materials planning
  • Experience with MRP and various ERP based replenishment processes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience implementing new business processes and driving organizational change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel skills (i.e., pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, macros) and highly proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required
  • Prior knowledge of any of the following is a plus: SAP, SAP Business Objects and PowerBI.
  • Able to prioritize and juggle multiple demands
