ROLE:

  • Provide First-Level Support for company employees
  • Escalate Complicated Problems to 2'nd and 3'd line of support
  • Follow Up with internal Customers
  • Track Call Performance

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education (preferred IT related)
  • Good command of the English language in speech and writing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (nice to have)
