Help Desk Agent With English
ROLE:
- Provide First-Level Support for company employees
- Escalate Complicated Problems to 2'nd and 3'd line of support
- Follow Up with internal Customers
- Track Call Performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education (preferred IT related)
- Good command of the English language in speech and writing
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (nice to have)
