About this opportunity
Welcome to the Unified Communication team. We are service providers for many of our communication services globally, these span Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Remote Customer Meetings, BT phone system, SBC infrastructure, Compliance recording platform, Meeting room systems and a few third party products to complement certain features.
Communication is business critical for Nordea, and our team is dedicated on ensuring high quality and operational stability for the services we manage.
You will play a valuable role as contributing to both daily operations and to project work, working with maintenance and improvements of existing services and technology changes. We are working closely with other IT teams, business stakeholders and external service providers as part of our daily work securing a great customer experience.

You will be working with:
- Daily operations, incident, problem and change management
- Project work
- Design, implementation and service improvements
- Ensure high availability, resiliency and scalability on services
- Security, risk and compliance
- Vendor management
- Documentation
- On-call duty
- Telecom operators
- Conference rooms
The role is based in Gdynia.

Your experience and background:
- Solid experience in working with large enterprise environments
- 5+ years of related experience preferred
- Solid knowledge on troubleshooting
- Collaboration skills and courage to challenge
- Technical and/or process experience in IT Infrastructure discipline
- Experience with Agile way of working (SAFe)
- Experience with Skype for Business
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Microsoft O365
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with compliance recording services
- Fluency in communicating in English
