GBS Quality Assurance Senior Specialist

What will you do?

• Monitoring the performance of 3rd party service provider
• Ensuring that Avon policies and standard models are followed by Avon markets and 3rd party service provider's teams
• Monitoring respective PTP and RTR processes and suggesting improvement actions for better effectiveness and performance
• SLAa / reverse SLAs / KPIs & other metrics monitoring and verifying of correctness of metrics delivered by 3rd party services provider
• Checking the quality of 3rd party service provider's performance

Requirements:

• Master degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economy
• Min 2 years of experience in PTP & RTR areas
• Very good knowledge of SSC process flow and internal control
• Practical knowledge of accounting, IFRS and US GAAP
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage conflicting requests.
• Very good communications skills
• Very good English and both written and spoken Other languages will be an asset
