Supplier Due Diligence Specialist
Your responsibilities would consist of:
- Supporting business and procurement in third-party risk management process in EMEA countries
- Being the point of contact for supplier risk assessment enquiries, building and maintaining relationships, whilst being sensitive to local requirements
- Engaging with the business stakeholders, suppliers, and internal control groups (e.g. Risk, Legal) to ensure successful supplier risk assessment completion
- Supporting administrative efforts across procurement functions through data gathering and analysis, auditing metrics, and enhancing program deliverables
- Reviewing documentation related to vendor management and ensuring it is of auditable quality
- Supporting due diligence efforts, particularly for multi-country engagements
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and proposing changes, maintaining up-to-date SOPs

If you have…
- Knowledge of end-to-end supplier risk management processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills, preferably with experience of working in multinational environment
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, attention to details and persistence when it comes to follow-ups
- Confidence in usage of English in both oral and written communication
- Ability to apply existing rules to non-standard situations
- Ingrained accountability and ownership, good judgement and ability to reach sound conclusions
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Understanding of due diligence tools, such as D&B
- Knowledge of one of the other languages used in the EMEA region - preferably French, Italian, Hungarian or Turkish
- Third-party risk management experience, ideally in the Shared Services Center
would be an added advantage.
- You will work closely with the EMEA teams located in other countries, as well as with regional & other Center of Excellence staff.
