Graphic Designer

As our Graphic Designer you will:

Handle or oversees the creation of designs or interactive media, collaborating with other project team members to create the client’s vision in a graphical presentation.
Have experience managing multiple projects from conception to execution and is able to help evolve a brand identity for work produced by the Reuters Plus content studio. Each program should be cohesive, but also feel unique for each individual advertiser and content theme.
Be a key contributor to the production team through their own designs, as well as overseeing freelance work by hiring, assigning, and directing outside resources. You will help facilitate and write design briefs shared with the internal design team as well.
Have experience creating and ideating concepts for: custom imagery to bring text articles to life, infographics, social media and IAB promotional units, web page design, marketing materials.
Please be advised that for this role we can consider flexible home working, however this position needs to be based in Poland.

Determine how best to represent a concept visually
Create mock designs for proposals and collateral decks
Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use in marketing materials, articles, infographics, interactive data visualizations creation
Collaborate with clients to develop an artistic approach and style
Develop the overall look or style of a branded content activation and the supporting advertising/promotional campaign
Develop detailed budgets and timelines
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by internal design teams or freelancers
Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments
Present designs to clients for approval
Collaborate with ad product team to help onboard supplied commercial content into Reuters.com CMS
Some building of interactive digital content in a custom design platform (Prismic)
Support mock design creation for Product Development
