Digital Finance - BlackLine Manager / Senior Manager (CN)

As a CFO & Enterprise Value professional in the Capability Network, you’ll work at the heart of the CFO agenda in areas such as Digital Transformation Initiatives, Finance & Performance Analytics, Global Business Services (Shared Services), Treasury & Working Capital, Tax Transformation, Enterprise Value Targeting and Real Estate Transformation. You’ll use your finance expertise to improve operations, increase revenues, reduce costs, and drive market differentiation for our world-class clients. You’ll implement exciting new programs and employ state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to transform an organization from end-to-end.
What will you do?
- Lead implementation projects of BlackLine module(s) / application design, blueprint, solutioning, modeling, proof-of-concept development, etc.
- Participate in the business development activities related to the BlackLine opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices, and maturity
- Support the BlackLine capabilities growth as part of the CFO EV practice
- Engage and lead client conversations, leading workshops and presenting to client stakeholders in management reviews, steercos
- Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget
Working Conditions:
- Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
- Headquarter: Warsaw or Cracow or Wrocław Office as primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situation

Who & What are we looking for?
- Master’s degree from top Universities, preferred postgraduate, MBA
- 7+ years of overall industry and consulting experience and international exposure on finance transformation sector
- Knowledge of Blackline, Trintech or similar software
- Certification in different BlackLine modules is an added advantage
- Experience in finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases (Assess, Design, Build and Deploy)
- Project and programme management experience and track record of successful delivery of large, complex programmes
