RPA Business Analyst (RTR)

What will you do?

• Lead Solution Design of Robotics Automation Program for Record to Report (RTR) Tower
• Drive identification and design of RPA opportunities
• Be responsible for the creation of the process definitions and process maps used for automation
• Take the responsibility for Scope and Design Specifications and liaising with Development team during build and test
• Manage Business SME stakeholders

What do we expect from you?

• 3+ years of professional experience as a process Change BA/SME with strong analytical and process orientation
• Demonstrable experience of documenting use cases, functional specifications or similar
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Visio
• Proven Problem Solving, Communication and Business Writing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to quickly understand how systems across the business work together
• Ability to envisage how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment, its advantages and its effect
• Understanding of workflow logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a process diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram
• Self-starter, with good organizational skills, who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently
