Analyst (Junior Consultant) in Supply Chain & Operations Team, Business Consulting

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal EY and client teams
  • Gather requirements and identify business needs
  • Review and validate data and further support in building optimization models, analytical reports and presentations
  • Create process flows and descriptions
  • Conduct analysis and benchmarking
  • Support project management activities

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree (nice to have within related specializations: Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Data analytics etc.)
  • Fluent English
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Very good stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Deal well with uncertainty and delivering in such environment
  • Able to keep calm and deliver effectively within tight timelines
  • Skills to communicate and create presentations and documents effectively
  • Willingness to travel to the customers locations on as need basis

Ideally, you’ll also have knowledge one or more topics from below list

  • Procurement process (Category management and Strategic Sourcing, Risk Management, Contract Management, Supplier management and/or Procure to Pay)
  • New product introduction (master data, classification, categorization, conversions, routes setup etc.)
  • Supply management (Materials and finished goods inventory management, distribution planning and replenishment execution)
  • Production processes (Operations management, quality control, materials and product flow, efficiency improvement)
  • Logistics (transportation planning and execution, warehouse management etc.)
  • Customer Service (Order management, document turnover, returns, and customer post-sales support, etc.)
  • Experience in process mapping
  • Knowledge of Supply chain related technologies and systems (i.e. SAP/ORACLE ERP systems, Ariba, Coupa or any other)
  • Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain
  • Process improvement techniques (Lean, 6Sigma, TPM, etc.)
  • Experience in reporting and data visualization (e.g. PowerBI, VB Excel etc.)
