International Compensation & Benefits Manager
Primary purpose of position is the development, administration, communication, and compliance of global compensation initiatives to attract, reward, motivate and retain talent. This includes broad based compensation, variable pay, annual merit (salary) planning, sales compensation, job evaluations and reporting. This position will engage with key HR and Business leaders to ensure client’s compensation strategy supports business initiatives and cultivates a diverse and engaged workforce.
Manage and Administer Global Compensation
- Manage the administration and communication of all compensation programe
- Manage the corporate bonus programs and communications, including employee metrics, bonus forecasting and bonus payments through SuccessFactors
- Lead the job evaluation process to ensure market competitive positions and internal equity
- Manage global compensation surveys to ensure company’s competitiveness
- Audit compensation processes and programs to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines and government regulations
- Provides intelligence on trends, usage, vendors, and other compensation-related metrics
- Performs compensation and quantitative data analysis to drive routine decisions
- Select and manage vendors to support compensation needs
Lead the Administration of Sales Compensation Programs
- Responsible for accurate and timely administration and design of sales incentive programs
- Implement best practice solutions & Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the process
- Support the development and delivery of sales incentive communications
Lead the Global Merit Process
- Manage, communicate, and execute annual processes
- Lead the annual merit process globally. This includes recommending merit budgets and developing a global processing timeline & project plan
- Constructs planning documents with employee detail and other pertinent information for business leaders. Obtains approvals to meet payroll deadline
- Work closely with local HR Leaders and the Corporate Benefits Department to support the benefit and retirement programs throughout the client`s International region
- Collect and analyze benefit plan offerings and pension / retirement programs in the
- International region, while comparing to benchmark data and gap analysis
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to recommend future plan designs

Develop and implement a talent management strategy effective recruitment, hiring, retention and development of key skill sets that align with client`s core competencies
