Field Sales Support - Senior Coordinator

To have a full scope and understanding of the initiatives and behaviors happening in the marketplace with Distributors and to provide them with information about corporate initiatives and support with analysis and understanding their organization metrics necessary to achieve their goals.

Description

  • Build strong relationships, maintain communications and communication channels with Business Leaders/Distributors throughout country.
  • 'Face to face' visits, video conferences, calls and attendance of Distributors meetings, trainings and events, with the expectation of understanding how the main focus can be nurtured and channeled into sustainable / increased sales.
  • Build and apply a set of sales metrics and measures to identify Distributors organization development opportunities
  • Help set up and organize events, trainings and other activities in the specified region to drive growth and will coordinate selected initiatives/programs focused on Distributors Success.
  • Present summaries / findings from her/his meetings / discussions with Distributors, to the Business Intelligence Analyst and Country Director.
  • The Field Sales Support Coordinator will be pro-active, innovative, able to work independently
  • The candidate is expected to have the potential to assume a leadership role responsible for further development of Field Sales Support Department if will be successful.

Profile

  • Mid-level education or degree level (ideally business or marketing or solid commercial education)
  • Previous at least 2 years field sales, field training or area management experience in large, international, matrix organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to quickly establish credibility and build strong effective working relationships
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Experienced in working with complex data sets providing analytical insight.
  • Self-motivated fast learner able to work independently without the need for constant leadership, taking responsibility and being responsible
  • Able to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities, demonstrating strong organizational skills with attention to detail in the completion of tasks and meeting tight deadlines
  • Innovative, progressive and creative thinker
  • Very good English as well as excellent reading and writing skills (minimum B2)
