HR Generalist
Job purpose:
Proposing, coordinating and implementing personnel policy for dedicated Adecco Business Lines and ensuring compliance with The Adecco Group policies and standards.
Key Accountabilities & Tasks:
- Providing a functional organizational structure in line with the business and strategic objectives of The Adecco Group;
- Creating, implementing and executing HR processes and regulations for dedicated Adecco Business Lines and ensuring their consistency with The Adecco Group policies;
- Categorization and valuation of positions for dedicated Adecco Business Lines according to the applicable methodology;
- Full HR consultancy in employee and strategic matters, i.e. restructuring of organizational units, employment and succession planning;
- Coordinating the process of annual assessment and evaluation of employees, including promotions within the structures dedicated to Adecco Business Lines;
- Change/Transformation management (structural and personnel) within dedicated Adecco Business Lines;
- Cooperation/Participation in recruitment process and implementation of employees for key positions within dedicated Adecco Business Lines;
- Being/Establishing the first point of contact for the Management Board in employee and structural matters within the dedicated Adecco Business Lines;
- Active participation in local and international HR projects and processes within The Adecco Group;
- Creating internal/intra-organizational communication.

- Min. 5 years of experience in the broadly defined HR area (recruitment, employee development, evaluation, career paths, position evaluation)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities and tasks;
- Knowledge of the labor market and HR industry;
- Practical knowledge of labor law;
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong business orientation;
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
- Very good knowledge of English and MS Office.
