Who we're looking for

  • Very good German verbal and written communication skills;
  • Professional helpdesk/customer service experience will be an asset;
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills;
  • Higher IT education (or related field of study) or technical school;
  • Very good knowledge of office applications (MS Office suite);
  • Very good knowledge of Windows systems;
  • Good knowledge of network issues;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in the team;
  • Interest into Technology.

Your future role

  • Remote technical support for other employees in problems with applications and technologies;
  • Delivering high quality standard customer service;
  • Registration, classification and realization of reports according to existing procedures;
  • Close cooperation with other IT teams;
  • Report service within the notification system;
  • Working within your area to help deliver both local and Global initiatives;
  • Continual service improvement, looking to help better the service, supporting others in doing and/or putting your own ideas and initiatives forward;
  • Grow and developing yourself – through the creation of individual developmental plans and with support of peers;
  • Take ownership and manage problems to their successful resolutions.
