Marketing Services Specialist

Your field of responsibility

In your role as Asset Management Marketing Services Specialist you will have an outstanding opportunity to become part of Marketing & Communication team. You will be able to develop your knowledge on marketing, brand identity and process management.

You will work closely with Legal & Compliance, Data Management, Translation and Proofreading Services, Graphic Design team and external agencies, media and advertising agencies, printing services etc. The role requires self-motivation, good work organization and communication skills. Your main responsibilities will include process management of marketing campaigns and standard materials including maintenance and publication, coordination and production of recurring newsletters and developing day-to-day collaboration and strengthening relationships between stakeholders.

We are looking for:

• Proven background in marketing and/or communications (financial background would be an asset).
• Proven experience in marketing production on an international level.
• Detailed knowledge of MS Office environment, especially MS Excel (VBA and SharePoint development skills are an asset).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English (German is an asset).
• Is willing to manage effectively and work closely with the team based abroad.
