Talent Acquisition Specialist

For one of our Client - world's leading professional services company in the areas of risk, strategy and people, we are looking for experienced candidates for Talent Acquisition Specialist position.

As a part of Talent Acquisition Team you will be focus on identify, attract and hire the markets most talented and driven candidates for your business area.

You will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to source, select and hire qualified candidates
  • Managing search engagements, from requisition intake meetings with Hiring Managers, to candidate contact (research, engagement strategies, candidate experience) and to offer
  • Creating job postings and distributing across various internal and external channels including Workday, LinkedIn, and other key job boards
  • Finding, engaging and attracting passive candidates through the modern sourcing/recruiting methods
  • Conducting interviews and support/guide candidates during the process
  • Coordinating the pre-employment requirements according to local practices

Qualifications:

  • Min. 3 years of professional experience on similar position, preferably gained in SSC/BPO sector (in-house or agency)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all levels and cultures of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage heavy workloads to meet deadlines
