Senior Real Estate Analyst, Portfolio Management

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Representing the Team in front of the Client and other stakeholders alongside the Team Leader
  • Building and overseeing the interface between Data Management and Finance Teams dedicated to the same Client
  • Additional projects with a key objective of delivering an enhanced product to the Client
  • Cooperation with the Audit Team (both CBRE Audit and Client Audit) during periodic data quality and completeness audits and on an ongoing basis
  • IFRS related nuances including subject matter expertise, team training, query resolution
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the account

Requirements: 

  • Fluent English is a must
  • Previous experience in lease administration / database management / real estate is required (Tririga database experience will be an asset)
  • Interest in analysis of written documentation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Knowledge of Excel - Advanced Level
  • Proactive approach with Client and strong improvement focus
  • Strong commitment to quality, orientation to details
